Begala just gave a nod to Clark |
|
Edited on Tue Feb-03-04 10:36 PM by ColdnGrey
He said if Clark holds up in Oklahoma, he will have to be considered a serious candidate and that tomorrow morning the race turns into a 3 way campaign.

8. Novak's soiled diaper, maybe? |
|
Novak has a lot to worry about these days, and a resurgent Clark campaign can't be helping his bowel control.

What other news flashes can we expect to hear from Begala? "Hey, did you hear about that Janet Jackson Superbowl thing?"
It looks like Clark will get from 24% to 30% of the vote (and delegates) in OK, NM, AZ, and ND. In AZ and ND, he was well ahead of the #3 finisher. Not bad in a 4+ way race for a guy whose campaign has been pronounced "dead" by the media whores.

6. I was totally blown away |
|
I was totally blown away to hear a non-negative comment about Clark. Begala's comments were startling.
Of course, Bob Novak quickly followed with a few sentences deriding the General.
---
And now... now that Clark threatens to win in Oklahoma, CNN is now, finally educating the public on the fact that it's *delegates* that are important, not winning a state. Wow.
Best comments...
WOLF: "viewers confused about these numbers (delegates)"
Jeff Greenfield: "well, they shouldn't be. if we've done our job."
Too true, Jeff, too true.

9. I like Clark. I hope he makes it as one of the top three contenders. |
|
Then it's going to get really interesting.
