Dems need to run a ticket and a slate in 08. |
|
The whole ball of wax. Prez/Veep, then lay out exactly who would be added to the cabinet -- X for State, Y for Defense, etc. That way they could run on a collective "we're changing Washington" and appeal to a wide range of Americans who can see, for example, a Feingold/Gore ticket with Dean, Edwards, etc. included in the slate. Sing from the same songbook, stressing cleaning up corruption, rebuilding our standing in the world, getting out of Iraq, developing a health-care initiative, addressing issues of education, immigration, and the economy. A real "march on Washington", letting American vote for a wholesale change right from the start.

1. Just one small change in your lineup |
|
Al Gore has been VP so we just switch 'em about and make Russ the VP candidate other than that I like it. Dean for HHS, Edwards as Attorney General, Wes Clark at State. I know its two years out - we need to get '06 done and of course there's always the damn e voting machines to worry about but it doesn't hurt to give these ideas some thought.
Hey George, everything changed... after 1776! Have somebody read the Constitution to you! There WILL be a quiz.

do it differently, and this would certainly get the attention of the voters! A massive, steamrolling Democratic victory machine! YESSSSSS!
