I'm surprised he even acknowleged their ruling by saying he'd turn to his henchman frist for a fix. Ole frist has just had an awesome record as Senate Leader the past 18 months huh?

10. The only joy is that the new Chief Justice has been all over so many

of these rulings in lower court that he will have to recuse himself...as he did with this latest one. I concur with your view, though--if we can't take back at least one chamber, it's gonna get dicey.
