If Ohio and Missouri are leaning Rep and not tossups, then Montana should be leaning Dem.
But looks like they are weighting issues like incumbency and money more than polls, which is usually not a bad idea at this point.

Burns has incumbency on his side and Montana has trended Republican at the national level in recent elections despite having elected a Democratic Governor in 2004. Burns survived a close race against Schweitzer in 2000 and still probably has enough resources and funds to make a good fight of it. There's still a few months to go and the possibility exists for a turnaround
Don't get me wrong -Burns is a creep and I'd love nothing more than to see him conceding defeat on election night but I'm not ready to break out the champagne yet
