So al Maliki comes to visit, gets the royal treatment by the blivet and the majority of both houses of Congress, demands more troops and money, and it's a done deal?
CNN just stated that troops are to be redeployed for up to 6 months (to satisfy al Maliki's demands/requests).

Isn't there any precedence here to at least take a half-hearted vote, or did I miss that?

I try no to get discouraged and I will NEVER, NEVER give up. However, sometimes it's hard to fathom WTF these evil, maniacal traitors will do next. It's frightening.

I'm furious that our troops are forced to endure more loss of life. Once again, they have been LIED to. When will the American people rise up and say ENOUGH?

senselessness of sending more troops over there, how Lebanon is a huge distraction. But the subject was changed immediately. I can't imagine this is going to be allowed to be done without some righteous dissent, at the very least. But I dunno. A five-week break is about to start; what's more important?:eyes:
