Every candidate should make the point that Republican control of Congress has allowed a culture of corruption to flourish in ways that we're just now coming to understand. The Republican Leadership allowed official corruption (like Delay and Cunningham) to go on unabated. It allowed bad policy (like Iraq and Tax Cuts) to sail through without debate. And now we know that the Leadership has sheltered known pedophiles. The only way to change the culture in Washington is to change the leadership.
