Schwarzenegger, who is seeking reelection in 26 days, appeared as a guest on the show for the fifth time since using the NBC program to announce his first candidacy in 2003.

Democrats need do something to demand equal time. Leno just has some thing for Arni because he has a car thing going on. Does Leno own a Hummer? So NBC can be Arni's lauching pad. Seems I recall writing Rep. Markey during Reagan's Administration furious Reagan's FCC ended the Fairness Doctrine in Like 84. Clinton did help destroy the Media as we know it with the new Communications act of 96, in conjunction with N. Gingrick. But, the Fairness Doctrine is something different.

Clinton signed into law a new Communnications Act that allows for greater concentration of Media ownership. But, the Reagan FCC outlawed the Fairness Doctrine in 84. His FCC claimed the Media, (as all business' are considered persons'), so they have a right to not hear opinions contrary to their personal beliefs. Corporations have been considered persons for legal purposes since like the 1880's; with all the protections personhood grants.
Reagan's FCC ended The Fairness Doctrine administratively. The Democratic House tried to overturn it. Rep. Ed Markey was head of the Committee relevant to FCC issues.
