I am on a new job and didn't feel quite ready at work but by this time next year I figure I will be.

I teach so it may be longer for me than for many others. I moved to the district I moved to precisely because I wanted to be in a district where I could be out to coworkers. I wouldn't really want to be out to my kids probably but who knows on that.
