It's the post that speculated that Rove had caused the plane crash in New York just to remind people about 9/11.

I seldom listen to Rush - does he mention DU very often?

6. Well, I propose a new tactic...

1) When OxyRush Limpballs or his fellow travelers mention a post on DU, create a "counterfeit" thread with the same subject line.

2) Instead of actually contaiing the idiocy that Rush and Pals mentioned on the air, use the thread as an opportunity to spoon-feed anti-Bush material to Rush's dildo-heads.

3) If a thread of stupidity is mentioned on-air and JUSTIFIABLY held-up for ridicule, then the moderators should keep the subject line, but replace the text with educational material as described above.

4) Anyone who posts something so stupid that it gets held-up publicly for JUSTIFIABLE ridicule should have their account locked for at least forty-eight hours.

JULY 6--Rush Limbaugh was traveling with four other men--including the producers of the hit show "24"--when he was detained over a mislabeled bottle of Viagra found in his luggage during a Customs search. A Department of Homeland security passenger manifest shows that Limbaugh and his four buddies flew from the Dominican Republic on a Gulfstream IV jet owned by Premiere Radio Networks, which syndicates his radio program. Limbaugh returned to Palm Beach, Florida on June 26 with Joel Surnow, "24"'s co-creator and executive producer and Howard Gordon, another of the Fox hit's executive producers (Hollywood agent Jeffrey Benson was also part of the Limbaugh quintet). With all those guys in tow, it is unclear what Limbaugh needed with those 29 100mg Viagra pills. The passenger manifest was among several documents released today by the Palm Beach County State's Attorney in response to a TSG open records request. Included in the material released were a copy of the handwritten statement Limbaugh provided investigators after he was detained upon the discovery of the impotency drug. An affidavit sworn three days later by Limbaugh was also released. In that document, Limbaugh explains that the Viagra "was intended for my exclusive use" and that the drug had been prescribed in the name of his drug treatment doctor, Steven Strumwasser, "to further maintain and protect my privacy."

I also saw at least 1 post like this the other day, but I can't say if it was a troll or not. I think I posted on the same thread (though I read several threads on this so I'm not 100% sure), but it's now been deleted. There were even people in the thread asking that it be pulled, though I doubt that jackass mentioned that.

There definitely seems to be a greater amount of troll-like material lately. I saw a poll "Who would you vote for if you could only pick * or Bin Laden" yesterday. The voting was tied at the time I read it. I'm surprised jackass didn't mention that one too, though I imagine that probably didn't spend too long on DU based on the comments the users were posting.
