2. Look at the SENATE projections in the right column, though. BAD.
Evenly split. This means Dick "Dick" Cheney will be the decider. I am convinced this is part of their new, revamped strategy. They are getting hammered so badly, holding onto the house simply would not be believable, especially with the Diebold problems now becoming so publicly recognized. It would be too obvious, and would immediately open up the doors for endless Diebold investigations and charges. The Senate is their safety valve. All they have to do is give up on the House, which they cannot even steal plausibly, and instead just steal a couple Senate seats. That gets them what they want, pretty much...anything the House sends up to the Senate will be overturned by Cheney's one tie-breaking vote. And the Senate race is still so close, it wouldn't be unbelievable to the public if they stole it.

4. .
Well, there are two I. Both will be actually among the Ds (Sanders and Lieberman).
Thinking about it..you are probably right. It's 50-50. That's why we could really need Virginia.

10. Where do you read that? It clearly says 49R, 49D, 2I...and Joe is no DEM!
From the local paper today...

----

GOP Joe
10/12/2006

On Monday of this week Sen. Joe Lieberman appeared at a well-attended luncheon at La Renaissance restaurant in East Windsor, hosted by the radio host Brad Davis.

It was a remarkable performance for two reasons. First, it showed, again, that Lieberman is possessed of great political skills. During the primary campaign, the senator seemed to have lost those skills. But now he has been freed to be who he really is. He's comfortable and effective again. Second, the person Lieberman really is, is a Bush Republican.
<snip>

The point is, if you oppose a police state, if you want to hang on to the Constitution and free speech - even in time of war and even when you want to protect your child's innocence - you have to, today, be a Democrat.

<snip>

Connecticut Republicans know what's going on in this election. Their nominal candidate, Alan Schlesinger, has between 3 and 5 percent in the polls. The Republican national chairman has declined to endorse him and Gov. Jodi Rell said he should withdraw from the contest. Republicans know that Joe is their horse in this race.

Democrats who think Lieberman is still one of them need to wake up and smell the coffee.

5. My Comment.... DON'T LET YOUR GUARD DOWN!
Today is October 12... if you can say that on November 8th then that will be the time for THE PARTY!!

We have WON ZERO so far, 24 hours from now all things could be a huge FLIP-FLOP! Remember who, what, when and where about the OTHER side! TRUST is not a word that comes to mind when thinking about them. FRAUD on the other hand IS!!

I DO NOT TRUST THEM, and I have an extremely healthy cynicism about EXACTLY what they can do, and most importantly what THEY HAVE DONE!!

Be afraid, be very afraid but DON'T STOP FIGHTING!
