5. I will check with my brother...

to see if he has a copy. He collects music, and is a big Willie Nelson fan. He probably has 100,000 records and CDs. He's not big on organization skills, but he will know immediately if he has it. Finding it may take a while.

Anyway, if he does have it, I will burn a copy and send it to you.
