Don't call yourself a patriot
Some people call themselves patriots because it costs nothing.
Some people call themselves patriots because there is safety in numbers.
Some people call themselves patriots to be in a herd.
Some people call themselves patriots to take a position they think is above criticism.

For some people, patriotism is more important than:

Religion
Law
Justice
Logic
Intelligence
Understanding
Knowledge
Forgiveness
Party
Ethics
Morality

An ant colony has patriotism.
A herd of sheep has patriotism.
Murderers often call themselves patriots.
Look at famous patriots: Lee Harvey Oswald, Oliver North, Timothy McVeigh, Benedict Arnold.

Please don't call yourselves patriots like commies, nazis, french, germans, japanese, and sri lankans.
Patriotism is for stupid cowards who have nothing to offer the herd except one more head.
Go beyond the herd mentality. Be rational. Be strong. Be an individualist. Be energetic.
The only politics more destructive than patriotism is nationalism.
Patriotism is an emotional condition like alcoholism, but it costs far less money.

The USA is on a big island called America. We are isolated here and protected by the biggest
oceans on Earth. The island mentality here is obvious when viewed from the outside. Unchecked
and unbalanced patriotism has taken root in 2006. Be able to admit a mistake: patriotism has become
a disease. Cure yourself.

1. You'll like this quote
