An Iraqi Program Works - bush kills it
The inspector general's office in Iraq has been defunded by bush and his band of criminals. Why? Because it was doing its job too well.

Can't have an IG snooping around looking for halliburton corruption or taking actions which might actually SUPPORT THE TROOPS. There is nothing republican in those actions.
