Fraud or Treason? Pentagon Arms Iraqi Insurgents

The military career criminals at the Pentagon have done it again.

According to a government audit report by the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, the Pentagon can not account for hundreds of thousands of weapons in Iraq.

Is it incompetence, fraud, conspiracy or treason? Or all of the above?
