Just a note on Gallup
Before everyone starts discussing Gallup's final STATE polls (not their national ones, which they specialize in), just note what their final polls in 2004 were:

PA Bush +4
OH Kerry +4
WI Bush +8
MN Kerry +8
IA Bush +2
FL Kerry +3

AKA, Gallup state polls should be taken with a salt mine. It's a national pollster, doesn't work out too well on the state level.

1. In 2002 they were pretty good.
They showed Allard winning in Colorado and Talent winning in Missouri.
