Monday Poll: Corker 49 percent, Ford 46 percent
The hotly contested U-S Senate race in Tennessee has drawn national attention as Democrats try to take control of the upper chamber from the Republicans, who strive to keep their majority.

Two new polls differ significantly on who is ahead, if anyone.

A poll of likely voters released Monday by U-S-A Today/Gallup found Corker with 49 percent support, Ford with 46 percent and a margin of error of four points -- a statistical tie. The survey of 877 voters was conducted Wednesday through Friday.

1. This one is "flip a coin"
and you've got as much chance of picking the winner.

2. Strange - evil gop slut bitch, liddy dole
said yesterday on MTP the corker was ahead by about 37%. There may have been some truth to that - corker's support goes up in TN after the gop runs a blatantly racist ad against Ford. Imagine republicans having to excite the hate of racists to win elections.

3. Liddy needs to keep her trap shut
Weather tomorrow: fair in both the western and middle parts of the state: Democratic areas.
Raining cats and dogs in the eastern part of the state: Republican area.

4. 32% of TN registered voters have already voted early
900,000 votes have been casted in TN already. In 2002 there were 1,6 million votes. This year turnout is expected to be higher but even then, more than half of the votes have been casted with democrats having 15% edge in early voting.
