someone told me that rove actually uttered this famous quote a couple weeks ago at a repuke rally and that he didn't know he was recorded saying it. supposedly it was all over austin radio a couple weeks ago. is this true?

Funny thing, Stalin wasn't *advocating* vote rigging. In the Soviet Union, there was no need for such a thing. The point was that Western elections were frauds by nature of the manipulation of the powers that be.
