I just heard more about the "printouts" test in Georgia.
I emailed the State Elections Office about this and they replied:

Thank you for your recent email.

Pursuant to Senate Bill 500, passed by the General Assembly of Georgia this year, there will be 1 precinct in 3 counties in the state who will be participating in a pilot project where there will be a voter verifiable paper audit trail device attached to the voting units. Once the election is over, there will be a recount conducted to match the
paper ballot count to the count on the electronic voting units. The
counties involved in this pilot project are (deleted by me).
There will be public hearings conducted in each of these counties in the month of December to discuss the results of this project.

Please let me know if I may be of further assistance to you.

Question / Comment: I just learned today that some precincts are going to have printouts as part of a test.

Some questions.

1) Will there be a recount of these precincts to validate that the
printouts agree with the machines?

2) Will all of the voting machines in Georgia have the same
software?

Thank you

1. Since they announced what precincts will be involved
does that mean the evil ones will know which machines to ignore?

5. It's a total scam.
Those 3 precincts have 22 machines between them, just a drop in the bucket compared to the thousands of machines without printers.

And since these 22 machines have printers, they have to have software to operate the printers, software that the other machines don't need. So it's entirely possible that the printer-equipped machines have a different version of the software, perhaps a version that doesn't switch votes.
