Mark Warner: "I've got more public service, and more political campaigns, in my future." |

Mark Warner announced this to the crowd today, at a rally for Jim Webb. Hmmm...what could it mean?
We know he's bowed out of the 2008 presidential race. Might we be replacing a Repuke Sen. Warner with a Democratic one in 2008?

run. it's my understanding you can't run consecutive terms in Virginia for Gov but you can run again later.

2. I think he goes for Warner's seat in 2008 |

I think Sen. Warner may retire. There's whispers of that already. And if the Dems win back the senate, that may aid in his retirement. Mark Warner would win the seat in any case if he runs. I hope he does.
