Should I vote straight Dem with optical scan or vote individually?
I'm voting for people with a (D) regardless. My voting place will use optical scan stuff, at least that's how the ballot looks online.

What would be better? I heard a few issues about straight party voting on other e-voting machines.

7. I always vote individually
I have yet to just mark a straight Democratic ticket. I mark each one (D, of course). I worry that it would be easier to flip to the dark (R) side, if you just mark the straight ticket.

4. Have more fun.
Mark each democratic candidate individually and as you do say "take that Bush". Think of all the fun and satisfaction you'll get doing it multiple times instead of only once.

6. Vote individually
I've heard of many more incidents of vote switching with straight party (Democratic, only of course) voting

9. The only time I ever used the straight ticket option was with the old voting machines
You pull the switch for straight Dem and you could see the machine mark all the Dems before pulling the lever.

I loved those old machines.

Paper ballots are a pain in the ass and worry me did I color in the oval too much not enough?

The e-machines are Diebold tools for voter manipulation.

Those old voter machines were great.

11. I voted for ALL Democrats individually

I did not vote straight ticket, as I have heard viruses and hackers target straight ticket votes.

13. I read the instructions carefully
and did both straight ticket and individual. It was valid because it allowed the option of "split ticket" - straight party and individual.

I'm very happy with how it went overall. It was my first time voting. I don't trust those damn machines. though.
