Early voting & absentee figures for Broward, Palm Beach & Miami-Dade counties

Elections Offices in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade County released these figures on Monday of early voting and absentee ballots that have been cast in Tuesday's elections. In the tri-county area, 12.7 percent of all registered voters have already voted:

Broward County

Early voting by party -- 45,638 Democrats and 18,735 Republicans & 13,414 other. TOTAL: 77,787.

# Absentee ballots (thru Thursday, Nov. 2 only) 13,584 Democrats, 13,746 Republicans & 3,128 other. TOTAL: 30,458

# Countywide, 12.5 percent of all voters have voted with 8.4 percent by early voting, 4.1 percent by absentee. That includes 12.7 percent of the total registered Democrats in the county; 13.4 percent of the registered Republicans in Broward; and 7.7 percent of the third-party voters that had cast ballots by Monday.
