I've been saying this to myself for a few days now.
I confirmed this just minutes ago after hearing that CNN exit polling shows that 42% of turnout is as a referendum against the majority party.

I guess that means an Order 66 against the GOP congress....and if Fawcett wins in the Springs, that would mean that the GOP IS PWNED!!!!

I am in this district....a very, very, very conservative area of upstate NY. During the 2004 elections I think I saw 2 Kerry signs in the entire county, possibly a handful of bumper stickers. This fall the Dem signs have been everywhere! Probably twice as many Jack Davis signs as Reynolds, and even *gasp* the occasional Hillary sign. The difference is breathtaking.....I think we might just actually win this thing!
but I am afraid to hope..................it was so devastating when those numbers started flipping in '04. I don't know if I can stand going through that again, ya know?
