VA- allen still leading, can someone who knows....
explain which areas are likely to be reporting first, does webb still have a good chance with highly populated DEM areas still left to be counted? This is a huge barometer race.

3. in the primaries, it was this agonizing too. I wanted Webb to win
because he would be stronger against Allen. He did win, but it was slow getting there.

He will win. Just keep clicking the link. You'll now NOVA is coming in when he passes Allen.
