15. One of the problems is that people up North come down here
and then get old and senile. I am on my way there myself, but I promise to stop voting when I can no longer find my ass with both hands.

That said, the Florida Democratic party is hopelessly incompetent and underfunded.

36. My mother is a snow bird and votes here and she and all her friends
have been Repubs from the beginning of time. I always remember my mother being very smart but now it seems like she just follows the damn herd and she can't see how her party has been flowing down the toilet for years. I think a lot of it is pure stubbornness. Oh, and she loves tax breaks. The seniors here are FINE financially, (well it seems that way) yet they get discounts on everything.

I know it sounds childish but I can't wait to go BWAHAHAHAHAH in her face tomorrow. (In a nice way of course :P )

but now they are tied according to MSNBC county breakdown of District 16..hopefully the dem can pull through...

There is either a lot of fraud or sadly a lot of right wing people in Florida...that's too bad if your stuck there...it must be frustrating.

42. it implies mass corruption in FLORIDA so they can continue to make
millions doing dirty deeds down in FL. of course baby shrub is gov... and crist is their lil beeotch and I'm concerned that he'll set back gay rights (as stated on DU) when he gets busted in a gay orgy with young men like that Harris/Crist campaign staffer and f up all a lot of you have fought for...

sheesh... I was so hoping his hypocrisy would keep him from getting in and the siding with the insurance industry who screwed over homeowners much like crist screwed over that young staffer...

Edited on Tue Nov-07-06 10:49 PM by demo dutch
he'll go any which way the wind blows, so they're toooo terribly worried. However a Davis win would have been great of course. Still want to wait for all the counties to be counted, still think it's closer than you might think. PLus think about with the blunder Crist made with *, acces to the WH will not be very good in my opinion, so I think he won't last!
