4. I won't believe it
if the republic party pulls this off. The negative ads against Webb over the last week have been nonstop. I thought that would turn people off.

I'm holding my breath for a big number increase for Webb when Fairfax and Arlington come in...

My area, Suffolk, is in and it is amazingly divided. Suffolk held its own for Webb.

Absentee ballots are usually just kept in reserve and then opened and counted late in the evening (early in the morning) if needed in a close race.

95.66% of precincts reporting: Allen 1,097,708 - Webb 1,083,988. 13,800 vote difference. We need to make up some ground here. Hopefully, it's OUR precincts that haven't reported yet.

112. Take a look at the "Locality" link
And look at where the outstanding precincts are. The VAST majority of outstanding votes are in areas that voted overwhelmingly for Webb. IMO, Virginia will actually go to Webb (but will be within 1%, so there will be a recount.
