1. I'm praying that Northern Va is still out there.
Webb is supposed to do better there, but I haven't seen any graphic showing what areas have reported, just percentages.

7. I think Virginia looks bad.
Webb is 20,000 votes down with 91% of the votes counted.

A lot of the NoVa votes are included.

14. I agree. But what about Loudoun County? I see only 45% of
precincts reporting so far. And there are 152,00 registered voters of which only 30,000 are reported to have voted. Can this county put Webb ahead?

18. Good observation. But I don't think Loudon alone will do it.
You're right, there's a lot of uncounted votes remaining in Loudon County, but IMO Loudon is more purple than its very blue neighbors, Fairfax and Arlington.

25. folks, nearly 80% of Loudoun, Fairfax have
been reported for a long time. Arlington and some of Alexandria (8th dist, J Moran) is nearly 100% in.

T Davis (11th) = Fairfax
Wolf = Loudoun

http://sbe.virginiainteractive.org/index.htm

What's not clear is whether the 100000 absentee & early votes have been counted.

9. It's gonna be a recount - see explanation below
Urban areas currently have the largest numbers of yet unreported votes - my "back of the envelope" extrapolations for these precincts shows that Webb will close on Allen in the final tally to within the 0.5% margin necessary for recount. Throw-in absentee ballots, we might be talking about days before a victor is announced.

(I hope it's not a "hold-out" district that magically generates as many votes are needed)
