1. crossing my fingers... I noticed in the counties remaining
that webb was winning by massive margins. I hope it's enough to carry him over the top...

11. One half of one one hundredth of one percent
was not enough to get a legitimate recount in Florida in 2000. So, I guess it just depends on who's behind in the race...
