I was a poll watcher and courier today. We had rolling power outages in Arvada and Westminster today, imagine that, the power went out at exactly 7:00 a.m.! Was out for 45 minutes, voting machines had to be rebooted obviously. We had another precinct polling station where the machines were down for two hours in the morning, finally got them up and running, but then found out the precinct had been split into two polling places and dozens of people showed up at their old polling place only to be told they had to go to the new one. Cards were mailed out, but were buried in the application for absentee ballot for the PRIMARY. Few people found them, obviously.

How frikkin' lame is that? Just got off the phone with a friend who's been standing in line in Parker for over two hours to vote.
