5. There is a "constitutional amendment" issue in CA as well.
Slap me for not researching the individual issues (more concerned about the big picture, where all this power grabbing is heading) but I blanched when I saw that little statement. Voted to keep them from changing the Constitution (any more than they have indirectly).
