This completes my trifecta in PA: Rendell beats Swann like a rented mule, Casey stomps Santorum and the western PA house race that nobody in the MSM noticed until a month ago has Jason Altmire defeat incumbent bushbot Melissa Hart.

Surrounded by her mother and brothers, outgoing U.S. Congresswoman Melissa Hart, R-Bradford Woods, conceded her race to Democrat Jason Altmire -- but didn't say much about the guy.


"He has received more votes than we have, so he will become the new congressman for the district," Hart told supporters.


Much of Hart's talk was about how hard it was to be elected in a Democrat-heavy district, how she has missed time with her family and how she plans to return to doing legal work in the area.
