23. CNN's numbers show more votes than the state's election returns
I've been wondering about that, too. CNN must be getting the numbers before the state updates its web site, but even the state news sources have the same numbers as the state.

I'll assume CNN's numbers are the most current, but if they aren't, I'll never trust them again. I barely do now! :)

46. 8% of Glouchester is like 8% of near nothing.
1% VA Beach is a part of Hampton Roads in southeast VA. Webb won several Hampton Roads cities. I can't think right now where Harrisonberg is.

I've been watching the AP and Va State numbers all night and there was a point where they appeared inverted because AP and Va were adding precint totals in a different order, but the last three digits were not the same. Republican mischief.
