Which is basically Washington, DC. This is Webb's election folks!!

2. yes! look at the precinct detail here-
http://sbe.virginiainteractive.org/nov2006/d_02.htm

click on the districts and check out the missing precincts-- they are Richmond city and other urban (ie democratic) areas!

11. He is exaggerating...
I live in Fairfax and there are plenty of Allen signs...but

Fairfax is a blue county and went about 60% for Webb
