...and try to ram through appointments, judgeships etc. as they can.

beware of bushco and the lame duck chickenhawks "pushing the button" to prevent the seating of the duly elected representatives of the people... I do not trust these traitors to play by the rules at all... have their actions at any time over the past six years proven otherwise?
