You know, that tight feeling in my neck
and shoulders is going away - the tightness that settled in in 2000. That constant sense of fear, dread, and anxiety. Now, I can breathe again. Now, I feel hopeful again. I know it's early, and the changes required will take a long time to accomplish, but this feels good.
