5. This is exactly what I want to hear... |
|
I'm hoping that the original numbers that were up are real and that this county was trending for Tester.
Does anyone have a sense of how this county leans? I won't be able to sleep until I know... =(

yellowstone county in 2004
Bush 40,903 Kerry 24,100
Yellowstone County in 2000:
Burns 29434 Democrat 26790
Bu this time Tester was doing better and was actually ahead in Yellowstone.

14. Has leaned GOP in the past. But the population has changed a lot |
|
in recent years. Lots of new people to the state. Less ranchers more minimum wage service workers.
What worries me is the GOP Sec of State and the fact that both Cheney and bush were here last week.

What did everybody just pack it in for the night? Where do the vote totals get stored. Who's watching?
Why can't they count right now?

If they pulled the Yellowstone results off the table wouldn't that take some of the lead off the table?

13. The reporter from Helena just said.... |
|
that Tester was told that the Yellowstone recount won't change the margins at all and that Tester expects to carry 3 of the 5 remaining counties...thus carry the election. The Montana reporter said Tester expects that his vote count will actually increase.

That the margin would have to be 900 for an automatic recount.
