CON-rad Will concede until noon..funny

......this is now breaking on RPPN...the Retired Political Persons Network

(Billings) After a tense night of counting for Burns it came down to less than 3000 vote and 2%. CON-rad Burns campaign director said the three term Senator will be calling contender Jon Tester to congratulate him and then he will make his way to Billing Metra Park to concede....Burns needs the extra time so he can catch his routine CATNAP,take his daily dosage of Geritol and put on a new pair of Depends..........
