the recount trigger, so it is quite good. Burns would need to dig up more than 996 votes now. That is not likely (hopefully, fingers crossed.)

And the SOS site hasn't yet caught up to these numbers, and the state's numbers are the only "official" numbers.
These #s, BTW, are same as what CNN is showing (all precincts of all counties except meagher, w/ 0% reporting, a small county w/ not enough to tip the balance).\
But is the CNN/AP/Billings Gazette tally accurate? (or equal to the officail tally, anyway)

There cannot be a recount in MT with these numbers. But you know the lawyers will be looking for anyone to say something about how they feel they lost their right to vote.
