1. Bugman DeLay. The freak couldn't even help the wingnuts hang on to his seat.
In a heavily repub district, they lost.

6. ..
Rick is a good one. But I still waiting for Allen & Burns to concede. Then I may change my position. It is like the desert cart at a fancy restaurant. So many good choices.

12. Nationally, yeah, Ricky "Man on Dog" Santorum.
But here in Minnesota, it was a pure delight to see smug smarmy Mark Kennedy absolutely implode in flames. Polls that gave Democrat Amy Klobuchar a 15-point lead were wrong - she ended up winning by 20 pts!

14. Harris and Blackwell
The two people who sold out their offices to help Bush cheat his way into the White House in 2000 and 2004 respectively, both went down to humiliating defeat last night.

So good to watch them go down. Especially Harris! I was so delighted she was runnning, just for this moment.

21. To me, it was local..
All I really can be sure of is that I have a Democratic Congressman representing me and our district in Washington and it's going to be a whole new ballgame.

Michael Arcuri from the 24th District of New York..Yay!

22. Bush and Cheney
Though they're still around, they are 'lame ducks' now.

And whatever right-wing fundamentalists might have been the next Supreme Court appointees, and now won't get confirmed.

He makes my skin crawl. Now I don't have to be ashamed of my home state's representation in Congress.

24. It was like watching a parade!
Hard to decide which float was the best. Hayworth, Santorum, Chocola, Shaw, and many more!

There were a couple more that I would have really liked to see go away. Marsha Blackburn for one. And Mean Jean is another (can't believe she won :puke: )

He was the major obstacle towards an honest election system for Ohio. We should kick ass there in 08 now.

His departure from Congress at any time would be sweet. Back to this election, karma came home to Harris and Blackwell (I bet she didn't mortgage her house as she promised). Pasty-boy Pombo is right up there as one of the worst of the worst.
