Bush just admitted to lying to journalists!

and Bush said yes.

Now he says he didn't want to announce his decision before
the election (as if he wouldn't try everything in the book to win a few
more votes!). Then he seemed to sense that he
had been caught in a lie, and he said it was because he hadn't
met with Gates or Rummy yet.
