Rove's "invincibility" collapses against Democracy. |
|
It takes awhile for the Fox News watchers to get the true picture, but eventually some of 'em do...and we don't need 'em all! Rove's wax wings have been melted by the hot sun of Democracy, and he's plummeting back to earth among us mere humans.
When that bastard gets called on the carpet by furious Repulsives, he'll probably blame it on his pocket calculator. "Jeez, it was a gift from Diebold, so I thought the damn thing would count right!"

Rove's "invincibility" collapses against Democracy.
I know my faith in the vision of our founding fathers has been restored.

3. Nobody but Kerry flubbed a line in a speech this time. Rove's trick is |
|
to capture a gaff & turn it into a whole theme, like "flop flop". They turned the tables & did it to Allen this time.

6. The legacy of Rove's "genius" |
|
Edited on Wed Nov-08-06 02:40 PM by featherman
1. Stealing an election in 2000 with the criminal connivance of well-placed Republicans under the noses of a meek and incompetent media 2. Barely re-electing a war president during war time and after a horrendous attack against America with some shifty footwork in FL and OH 3. Steadily downgrading a post 9-11 approval rating from the high 80's down into the mid 30's 4. Losing both Houses of Congress in a blow out after the fear of "terror, terror, terror" had receded a bit in public consciouness
Genius? Hmmmmmmm

10. Good point! Well, maybe his ilk could evolve into it someday. |
|
Better yet, maybe his species will be snuffed out by us Homo Sapiens, like the Neanderthals.

And to the geniuses who framed our Constitution. We even have a system that saves us from ourselves at times. To our founders, I can only say: :patriot:
