4. Maybe, possibly I could watch long enough for that....
but watch a Bush SOTU speech? Oh no, no fucking way.
Even calling him the POTUS is a bit dodgy seeing as how he was not elected the first time.

6. Oh ya GOTTA watch!
It's going to be the most hilarious one yet. He'll be talking all about bi-partisanship all of a sudden and blah blah blah with an ultra pissed off Cheney over one shoulder and a smiling SPEAKER Pelosi over the other! :D

5. Second in line to succeed the presidency
In the Presidential Line of Succession, the Speaker is second in the line, after the Vice President of the United States and before the President Pro Tempore of the United States Senate.

All we need to do is arrange to send Bush and Cheney together on a quail hunting trip. Give 'em each a gun and let 'em at each other.

7. This will rock, like nothing has ever rocked before.

I have a deep, abiding affection for Speaker Pelosi, (one of the earliest name Democrats to tell media critics of John Kerry's '04 bid to STFU) so this one will be especially good for me.

8. DUers need to send Madam Speaker orange safety vests to wear when
sitting next to Dick "DeadEye" Chaney. The vest should say "PERSON" and "NOT A QUAIL" on it just to make sure he gets the message.
