Is Rumsfeld going to be the Iraq war scapegoat now? |
|
He deserves his fair share of the blame but, as far as I'm concerned, there's lots of blame to go around above and below Rumsefeld.

1. I think Cheney and the Iraq Study Group are gonna fry before long |
|
Once the pubic gets access to the reports that have been long stonewalled by the Conchairs the designated survivors over at the Whitehouse are gonna be greasing the wheels of busses with Neocon bodies.

4. for the next five minutes, * enablers continue to prosecute the war |

Bush and Cheney will still have to bear the responsibility for the wars. Rummy had to go but don't think the war will go better with Cheney, Bush and what's left of the cabal running things.
It will be a miracle if the Whitehouse starts conducting themselves with anything approaching competence. If they do, the question that will be asked is, "Why did it take five years for the WH to get its act together?"
