I was going to say sacrificial lamb...but that doesn't really fit. Rummy is out, because the emperor needed a fall guy...and he can't dump his brain yet.....so why not dump the "tinman".

I watched as the President pontificated how he made the decision earlier but didn't want to make the announcement until after the election. Yeah right....I give Rove credit for coming up with and discussing contingencies, but the trigger would NEVER had been pulled if it weren't for the election. What better way to try to deflect the election losses than announce a major change in the administration. Politics to the end...

Rummy was sacrificed. I wonder which medal he will receive?
