Bush's stunning admission
This is for real, Bush explaining why Americans chose Democrats over Republicans in yesterday's election:

"People want their congressmen to be honest and ethical. In some races that was the primary factor."

2. And he said this in the same press conference
where he admitted to LYING to the press last week about Rummy. Sheesh! What a disconnect he has in that little brain of his.

3. What's worse is...
... after he admitted to lying about it, he started lying about it again.

Twice he made it clear that he lied to dodge the issue until after the election, and then he claimed he only decided about Rummy this week, so he supposedly didn't lie at all.

8. I think you're right
He describes it so matter-of-factly, like honesty and ethics were just a clever campaign idea, and not the stuff of a respectable life.

Late last night did Karl Rove break it to him that that's what voters were craving for, and Bush shrugged and said "Who knew?"

6. What is wrong with these people? Why do they hate America?
Don't they know Republican corruption, lying, theft, fraud, bribery and cronyism are the American Way? :eyes:

9. Here's another good one...
...admittedly out of context:

"It's very important that the people understand the consequences of failure."

Said about Iraq, but....
