Pat Bucannan said that Biden would be investigating him self because he led the democrats into voting for the war and giving bush a blank check. This was in response to Matthews asking him if he thought we would have went to war if they had had a forum about the war. So it was all the democrats fault that bush had permission to go to war. The republicans had nothing to do with it.
