Why have they not projected Virginia yet?
I understand its not certified yet, but surely they have counted all the votes by now!

1. They are counting provisional ballots...
I suspect once that process is completed, the networks will make the call...

After that, the next milestone is the certification of the results which could take 10 days...

At that point, assuming no major snafu, Allen will have to decide if he wants to pursue a recount...

Assuming the totals stay about where they are now, I believe Allen will concede at that point...
