2nd fearless prediction - RE: Election fraud
They didn't try to steal this election because they are aware that too many people in too many places are on to them and know too much about PREVIOUS stolen elections and they didn't want to compound their felonies. John Conyers can and will occupy a lot of people for a long time trying to exlain what went on in Ohio in 2004.

1. Phoebe..I think they tried but the turnout was far greater than
they expected and the Repug crossover vote hurt them badly...

2. You may be right, because otherwise - why their weird, misplaced
confidence in spite of all the polling?

3. Hey... you can't fuck over the people who voted for you...
That's what they did... they got out all the fundies for the vote in 2000, and then all but ignore them.

Guess what, some of those folks voted for democrats this time.

6. I think the fix is still there but it only skews 5% of the vote
it's not going to prevent a barn burner, but yes, we are going to have de-privatize our
elections process and establish some quality control standards. I still want optical
scanners where there is a ballot, I don't like the no ballot available for recount system.

7. The Pew Poll said that Exit Polls in some heavy Dem areas were off.
The Exit Polls showing more Dems were voted for than the actual recorded results. So the fix seems to have been in, at least in some areas that were expected to go heavily Democratic. I heard the head of Pew Research say this on The News Hour tonight.
