3. The bushes have never, ever listened to what the people want.
The bushes base is the haves and haves mores and he could care less about what We the People want. He only goes along with what We the People want when he is forced or Rove tells him it will get votes. The bushes don't care about this country or about We the People. They only care about power, privilege and money.
