I'm a Penn student and I'm sooooo sick of hearing about that stupid picture. A kid made a poor choice for a Halloween costume and the President of the University was taking pictures with everybody and took a picture of him without realizing what his costume was. END.OF.STORY.

There are no terrorist training camps here at Penn, I assure you. The undergraduates here are often too lazy and drunk to make it to class, let alone plan a Jihad.
