There's a lot of work ahead of us, and several mean little tricks the Republicans are going to try to pull in the next seven weeks before we can make a real start of things. I plan to bask in the good feeling through the weekend, then roll up my sleeves come Monday, and work to get this country back on track with a government responsive to its citizens' needs instead of responsive to the rapacious greed of the overrich.
